Landscaping & trees
- Required tree canopy coverage after 20 years
Existing trees shall be preserved or additional trees shall be planted on each lot, and shall be of such species, size and number as to provide an estimated canopy with twenty (20) years after approval of the landscape plan of not less than the following: [table not provided]

Trees to be credited toward the tree coverage requirement may be located anywhere on a lot, provided such trees are reasonably dispersed throughout portions of the lot not covered by buildings or paved areas.
