The family day home shall comply with the requirements of the Virginia Department of Social Services.

Each family day home shall provide one parking space plus one parking space for each additional employee.

Each family day home providing care for four or fewer children under the age of 13, exclusive of the provider's own children and any children who reside in the home, shall be regulated as a single-family residential use.

The farm brewery shall be located on a lot of not less than 5 acres. The farm brewery shall be located not less than 50 feet from any lot line.
