Table A-1, Approved Tree List, sets out the trees that may be used to satisfy the landscaping requirements of Article 8, Development Landscaping and Tree Protection.
All property within (name of development) is expected to be exposed to daily aircraft noise levels that equal or exceed an average of 55 decibels, a level of aircraft noise that the City of Centennial City Council has determined is the maximum acceptable level for residential use.
All new utility lines, except electrical transmission lines, shall be located underground. All new development within a water and/or sanitation district shall be connected to potable water and sanitary sewer lines.

No land shall be developed except in accordance with the applicable provisions of this LDC.
The standards of this LDC are to be interpreted as minimum standards.
Any sign erected pursuant to the provisions of this LDC or otherwise lawfully existing with a commercial message may, at the option of the owner, contain a noncommercial message in lieu of a commercial message.
No plat shall be approved or building permit issued unless there is adequate provision for and dedication of public improvements necessary to serve the development, including paved streets, water mains, sanitary sewer, storm sewers, utilities, street lighting, traffic control devices, public amenities, landscaping, rights-of-way, survey monuments.
