R Districts: Outdoor storage areas are not permitted in R Districts, except as otherwise provided in this Chapter.
C Districts: Outdoor storage areas are permitted if it is demonstrated that the outdoor storage areas are located behind the principal building in relation to the closest public right-of-way and enclosed by a wall or opaque fence of sufficient height to completely screen the stored materials from public view. The wall or fence shall be landscaped with a continuous hedge around the periphery.
EC-LI and I District: Outdoor storage areas are permitted if it is demonstrated that the outdoor storage areas are not larger than 15% of the floor area of the principal building, located in the buildable area, rear yard, and/or side yard, and screened.
