67 rules that bind every district rather than one — sign regulations, parking, floodplain and the rest of the code’s citywide chapters.
The minimum floor area shall be 150 square feet. The maximum floor area shall be 500 square feet. No parking shall be required for a JADU. Owner-occupancy shall be required.

Commercial marijuana activity is prohibited in all zoning districts. Personal use cultivation allowed up to six plants indoors on detached single family residential.
The marijuana cultivation area shall not exceed 32 square feet measured by the canopy and not exceed ten feet in height per residence.
The purpose of this article is to implement the State Density Bonus Law, California Government Code Section 65915 et seq.
