Sec. 18.08.02014 standards
The following design criteria shall apply to all divisions of land. A division of land which violates any of these criteria shall be denied unless a waiver is granted in accordance with section 18.12.080.
Sec. 18.08.0403 standards
Every street, alley or other public place shown on any subdivision map shall be offered for dedication to the public use in accordance with city standards.
