Environmental
- Erosion control requirements
The design of the subdivision shall comply with the requirements for grading and erosion control, including the prevention of sedimentation or damage to off-site property, as set forth in the Uniform Building Code and other city building regulations.

The following design criteria shall apply to all divisions of land. A division of land which violates any of these criteria shall be denied unless a waiver is granted in accordance with section 18.12.080.
