17.65.0702 standards

The use and operation of any facility shall not commence until such time as the city building inspector and city police department have first inspected the structure to confirm that said structure complies with the infrastructure and safety requirements set forth in this chapter, and the city has issued a certificate of occupancy.

17.65.08016 standards

The hours of operation of a medical marijuana facility shall be no earlier than 8 a.m. and no later than 8 p.m., seven days a week.

17.65.0903 standards

A conditional use permit issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked for any violation of this chapter, or in the event any applicant or collective/cooperative member is found guilty of a felony, a drug or illegal substance non-felony, or determined by the chief of police to be a known member of a criminal street gang.

Chapter 17.2610 standards

Each lot shall have a minimum site area of not less than one acre. The maximum height of structures shall be thirty feet and not greater than two stories. Each park shall have a minimum front yard of not less than fifteen feet. Each park shall have a minimum side yard, on both sides, of not less than five feet. Each park shall have a rear yard of not less than ten feet. The maximum site area covered by structures shall not be greater than fifty percent.

There shall be vehicular access from a dedicated and improved street or alley to off-street parking and loading facilities on the property requiring off-street parking and loading.

Chapter 17.461 standards

Nonconforming uses and structures are regulated. Abandonment for 6 months prohibits reestablishment. Restoration requires conditional use permit. Certain nonconforming uses must be eliminated within 3 years, others within 25-40 years.
