17.04.9601 standards

housing consisting of at least eight units restricted to a person sixty years of age or older

17.04.9602 standards

Housing for the elderly means housing consisting of at least eight units restricted to a person sixty years of age or older, or to a person/persons sixty years or older plus spouse then residing with said elderly person.

17.08.050, 17.08.060, 17.08.080, 17.08.100, 17.08.110, 17.08.120, 17.08.14014 standards

The minimum lot area in the R-A district shall be twenty-four thousand square feet. ... No building or structure erected in this district shall have a height greater than two stories, not to exceed thirty feet. ... The minimum front yard shall be thirty feet. ... The minimum side yard shall be ten feet ... The minimum rear yard shall be twenty feet. ... The maximum lot area covered by structures shall be thirty percent of the total lot area.

17.19.0503 standards

Multifamily structures erected in this district shall not exceed one story, or twenty feet in height.

Main buildings shall not exceed one story or twenty feet in height. Accessory buildings shall not exceed one story or twelve feet to plate height. Site plan review required for buildings except one-family dwellings.

17.33.010-17.33.02910 standards

The M-U zoning district represents a commercial zoning classification that permits a vertical or horizontal mix of commercial and residential uses on the same lot or within the same building.

The minimum site area shall be twenty-four thousand square feet.

A. Width. The minimum lot width shall be seventy-five feet. B. Depth. The minimum lot depth shall be one hundred twenty feet.

The maximum height of structures shall be fifty feet.

17.34.0903 standards

None, except where the M-1 district abuts or is across from a residential district, there shall be a minimum front yard of not less than fifteen feet. This yard shall not be used for parking or loading but shall be landscaped and maintained with dense materials. A landscaping plan shall be submitted with the site plan for review by the city administrator.

17.34.1101 standards

None, except where the M-1 district abuts a residential district, there shall be a rear yard of not less than fifteen feet. The yard shall not be used for parking or loading.

17.34.1501 standards

For commercial uses, the provisions of the C-3 district, Section 17.32.100 shall apply. For all other uses, there shall be one parking space for each two permanent employees. Such space shall be located within three hundred feet of the property served. In addition, there shall be at least one parking space for each truck operated by the concern and one parking space for each sales person permanently employed.

17.34.1703 standards

No sign or advertising structure shall be located within fifty feet of the boundary line between an M-1 district and a residential district, when such sign or advertising structure faces the residential district.

This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazards within the jurisdiction of the city. The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Insurance Administration (FIA) of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) dated July 19, 2001, and accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and Flood Boundary and Floodway Maps (FBFMs), dated July 19, 2001, and all subsequent amendments and/or revisions, are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter.

17.56.0401 standards

All exterior lighting is to be directed onto the site and away from adjacent residential properties.

17.56.050.A.51 standards

Where appropriate due to the nature of the project, bicycle parking with access from adjacent streets, driveways or paths shall be provided.

17.56.050.B.101 standards

Each project shall contain a sufficient number of trash enclosures to adequately serve the use. Such enclosures shall be constructed to city standard specifications.
