Signs shall be permitted which advertise the mobilehome park. The signs shall be located on the premises not to exceed fifty square feet of sign area.
From the ordinance
Each lot shall have a minimum site area of not less than one acre. The maximum height of structures shall be thirty feet and not greater than two stories. Each park shall have a minimum front yard of not less than fifteen feet. Each park shall have a minimum side yard, on both sides, of not less than five feet. Each park shall have a rear yard of not less than ten feet. The maximum site area covered by structures shall not be greater than fifty percent.
