General provisions

Cargo containers may be used as accessory buildings or structures in the RR-2.5 and RR-1 zones, subject to the following: Containers shall be located only to the rear of the main building; Containers shall not be closer than 50 feet to any property line; Containers shall not be stacked on top of each other.
Cargo containers used for temporary construction storage shall not exceed 8 feet in width, 8 feet 6 inches in height, and 40 feet in length. Cargo containers shall be set back a minimum of 5 feet from any property line and a minimum of 10 feet from any structure. Storage shall be removed within 30 calendar days after the permit is expired, revoked, or finalized.
The keeping of large animals, such as horses, cows, and similar animals are permitted in Rural Residential zones and the number of animals shall not exceed a total of 8 animals per lot. Pigs shall be permitted on Rural Residential zones with lots or parcels of land greater than one acre in area, at a ratio of one pig per acre. Roosters shall be permitted on Rural Residential zones with lots or parcels of land greater than one acre in area, at a ratio of one rooster per acre.
