General provisions

All uses shall comply with the air quality standards of the Air Quality Management District (AQMD) or the city of Lancaster, whichever is more restrictive.
Uses located within 500 feet of any residential use or zone shall not emit smoke, dust, fumes or odors of any kind in conjunction with any process.
Premises in the CPD zone may be used for: A. Existing single-family residential uses which may continue to be used as a permitted use provided that such uses may not be expanded in any manner.
