  • Commercial vehicle limit

    No commercial vehicle which has a capacity of more than one-ton shall be parked or stored at the home occupation site other than a recreational vehicle.

  • Customer hours

    No customer or client may come to the premises except during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Delivery hours

    No deliveries may originate from or be made to the premises except during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • There shall be no exterior storage of materials in the conduct of a home occupation.

  • Maximum employees

    A maximum of one employee is allowed at the home occupation, if located in an apartment or condominium unit; 2 employees is allowed if the home is within an urban residential zone; and 3 employees in rural residential zones.

  • Nuisance standard

    The home occupation shall not create any radio or television interference or create discernible noise, glare, dust, odor, vibrations, or unreasonable disturbance in excess of that which is normal to a residential use of the premises.

  • There shall be no signs or structures advertising the home occupation business on the residential property.
