From the ordinance
When abutting property which is residentially zoned or used, a masonry wall of not less than 6 feet in height shall be provided at the property line in accordance with the provisions for walls specified in Section 17.28.030C to minimize conflicts between commercial and/or residential uses. A 10-foot landscaped setback shall be placed next to the wall.
