Front setback: zero feet minimum, 10 feet maximum. Maximum height: six stories. Accessory buildings: 24 feet maximum to eave. Allowed frontage types: stoop, forecourt, shopfront and awning, gallery, arcade. Buildings two stories high shall be set back a minimum of 20 feet from any single-family residential lot.
