24.105.2002 standards

All activities for which a state license under the MAUCRSA are required are expressly prohibited, except for the following activities, which are permitted if the business has applied for and been granted a permit pursuant to Chapter 6.420.

24.105.3003 standards

Major design review shall be required for development that adds five or more residential units, new nonresidential structures greater than or equal to 2,000 square feet of gross area, or additions to existing nonresidential structures greater than or equal to a 25 percent increase in the square footage or lot coverage of an existing nonresidential structure.

24.105.300(F)2 standards

Courtesy Notice. The additional requirement of a courtesy notice requires postal cards or letters mailed within the first 30 days of formal application submittal to the owners of all property and tenants within 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the property involved in the application.

24.110.1201 standards

A development that falls into any of the following categories: developments approved by the city between the sea and the first public road paralleling the sea or within 300 feet of the inland extent of any beach or of the mean high tide line of the sea where there is no beach, as indicated on the official zoning map; developments located on tidelands, submerged lands, public trust lands, within 100 feet of any wetland, estuary, stream, or within 300 feet of the top of the seaward face of any coastal bluff; or any major public works project or major energy facility under the California Coastal Act.

24.120.0202 standards

Seasonal events... may be carried out in any zoning district, other than a residential zoning district; provided, that... may not exceed one occurrence per site per calendar year... may not last longer than eight weeks...

24.120.030.A2 standards

Temporary gatherings of individuals... may be conducted at any one site but only for a maximum of one instance of no more than seven consecutive days in any 30-day period and a maximum of six times per calendar year.

24.120.030.A.21 standards

Swap meets that do not occur more frequently than the time limitations of this section may be conducted only in commercial zones, the M-1 zone, and the M-2 zone;

Noncharity Auction: Temporary. Sales of goods or merchandise by auction less than three times per calendar year, and excluding the sale of food products or animals;
