Accessory structures and uses necessarily and customarily associated with, and appropriate, incidental, and subordinate to the principal civic, commercial, industrial or extractive uses shall be permitted where these use types are permitted.

The purpose of this Chapter is to establish permitted temporary uses and standards and conditions for regulating same. Because of the temporary nature of the uses they are not subject to the General Plan with respect to permitted uses or densities.

Temporary uses shall be subject to all regulations as would be applied to a permitted principal or accessory use located in the same zone, except as otherwise provided by these regulations.

A circus, carnival, concert, rodeo, community festival, lecture, art or antique show, religious assembly or other similar activities may be permitted in any zone except R-1 and R-2. The period of operation shall not exceed five (5) days in any six-month period.

Temporary buildings during the construction phase for commerce, industry or five (5) or more dwelling units ... located within or adjacent to the development or construction site ... regardless of the zoning district.

Model homes, real estate sales office, off-street parking facilities ... site plan approval by Director ... termination within 24 months.

Temporary camping may be permitted only in the R-R, U-R, A-G, R-L, F-L and T-P zoning districts. The maximum time limit shall not exceed sixty (60) days in any six-month period.

Temporary use of a trailer coach for real estate office, mobile financial business office, occupancy while constructing dwelling, temporary caretaker housing, emergency shelter.

Temporary use of a building, structure or trailer coach ... to provide housing for elderly or family members requiring care ... annually renewable Administrative Permit.

A small portable sawmill may be set up and operated as an accessory use ... maximum term of six (6) months, extension up to six (6) additional months. Hours of operation limited to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays.

Food trucks may operate in fixed locations for more than four (4) hours after obtaining an Administrative Permit. A single permit may allow up to four (4) locations.

The site shall have a minimum area of three (3) acres.
