From the ordinance
In zones A, AE, AH, AO, V1-30, VE, and V, all manufactured homes placed, or substantially improved, on individual lots or parcels, must meet all the requirements for new construction, including the elevation and anchoring requirements in article 4, section 3-1519 and section 3-1520. All recreational vehicles placed on sites must either: a. Be on the site for fewer than 180 consecutive days, be fully licensed and ready for highway use (a recreational vehicle is ready for highway use if it is on its wheels or jacking system, is attached to the site only by quick disconnect type utilities and security devices and has no permanently attached additions); or b. Meet all the requirements for manufactured homes in article IV, section 3-1520(E)1.
