- Landscaping requirement
Any part of the lot or project area not used for buildings or other structures, parking, loading and accessways, shall be landscaped with grass, trees, shrubs, or pedestrian walks.
- No exterior storage
Permitted stores, shops, offices or businesses shall be conducted wholly within a completely enclosed building and except for temporary display items as limited by these regulations there shall be no exterior storage of merchandise or materials
- No warehousing
No commercial warehousing, wholesaling, of jobbing or killing of animals or poultry shall be carried on and no merchandise shall be stored other than to be sold at retail on the premises, and provided further, that no more than 50 percent of the floor area of any building shall be used for the storage of merchandise.
- Stormwater drainage
Provision shall be made for proper storm water drainage from parking and loading areas. Water shall not be permitted to drain from such areas onto adjacent property except into a natural watercourse or a drainage easement.
