From the ordinance

Maximum building height: All buildings: 35 feet or 2.5 stories, whichever is lesser. Maximum density: Residential: Three dwelling units per acre. Minimum front yard setback: no front yard in a residence district shall be less than 25 feet. Side and rear setbacks: Ten feet. Accessory structures shall not exceed four percent of the lot area not to exceed 5,000 square feet.
