Parking
- Administrator determines parking if not defined
Where the parking requirement for a particular use is not defined, the administrator shall determine the number of spaces based on similar uses, location, expected demand, etc.
- Parking increase threshold10 pct
Whenever a building or use is changed or enlarged to create a need for an increase in parking spaces of ten percent or more, such additional spaces shall be provided.
- Fractional spaces round up
Where a fractional space results during calculation of required parking, the required number of parking spaces shall be construed to be the next highest whole number.
