Fencing & walls

Lighting

  • Motion sensor lighting

    All lighting shall be exclusively motion-sensor activated. All lighting must be in compliance with the International Dark-Sky Association's (IDA) guidelines.

    Battery energy storage systems shall be constructed, maintained, and operated in accordance with national industry standards and regulations, including the most current adopted edition of the National Electrical Code, International Fire Code, and NFPA Fire Code.
