Other

  • The Planning Commission shall not recommend to the Council inclusion of any property in the I Institutional District until a master plan for development of the property involved has been approved by the Commission.

  • Minimum spacing between buildings with dwelling use20 ft

    Where two or more buildings, at least one of which contains a dwelling use, are erected on the same lot, the distance between any two such buildings shall be not less than 20 feet.
