Single-family dwellings in the R-3 district shall be located on lots of not less than 10,000 square feet in area with a width of not less than 75 feet. Front yard 25 ft, side yards 7.5 ft, rear yard 7.5 ft. Max lot coverage 25%. Max height 35 ft.
