From the ordinance
Whenever the sections of this chapter or the application thereof impose greater restrictions upon the use of land, buildings or structures than are imposed by any such covenants, conditions, limitations or restrictions, the sections of this chapter or the application thereof shall govern the use of such land, buildings or structures.
