A short-term rental shall be permitted in any dwelling unit, subject to the following conditions: (1) The short-term rental shall be the primary residence of the owner or operator. (2) The short-term rental shall not exceed 30 consecutive days for any single rental. (3) The short-term rental shall not exceed 90 days in any calendar year. (4) The short-term rental shall comply with all applicable building, fire, and health codes. (5) The short-term rental shall not involve the provision of meals or other services to guests.
