From the ordinance
The installation of wireless telecommunications facilities on alternative support structures shall be permitted in all districts, subject to the following conditions: (a) The wireless telecommunications facility shall not extend more than 10 feet above the height of the alternative support structure. (b) The wireless telecommunications facility shall not exceed 3 cubic feet in volume, except that a small cell facility shall not exceed 3 cubic feet in volume.
