The following floor area bonuses shall be permitted: (a) Plaza: up to 10% for publicly accessible plaza of at least 2,000 sq ft. (b) Arcade: up to 10% for arcade width 12 ft, height 15 ft. (c) Through-block connection: up to 10% for connection width 15 ft. (d) Affordable housing: up to 20% for affordable dwelling units.
