From the ordinance

No accessory building shall exceed 12 feet in height, except that an accessory building may exceed 12 feet in height if the accessory building is located not less than 10 feet from all lot lines and does not exceed the height of the principal building. The total floor area of all accessory buildings on a lot shall not exceed 50 percent of the floor area of the principal building, except that in any R district, the total floor area of all accessory buildings on a lot shall not exceed 1,000 square feet.
