From the ordinance
All outdoor lighting shall be located, directed, or shielded so that the light source is not visible from any adjacent residential lot or from any public street. The intensity of outdoor lighting at any lot line shall not exceed 0.5 footcandles in any R district and 1.0 footcandles in any B or M district.
