Height

Parking deck may exceed height limit by 20 ft if used exclusively for parking and set back one foot per foot of excess height.
From the ordinance
In any B-4, B-5, M-1, or M-2 district, a parking deck or parking garage may exceed the height limitation of the district by not more than 20 feet, provided that the additional height is used exclusively for the parking of motor vehicles and that the parking deck or parking garage is set back from all lot lines a distance of at least one foot for each foot of height in excess of the height limitation of the district.
