Signage

• Maximum additional wall sign area per additional main building12 sqftsq ftSquare feet. An acre is 43,560 sq ft; a typical suburban lot is 7,000–10,000.

  In addition thereto, where two or more main buildings are located on a lot, each such building may be permitted to have a wall sign not exceeding 12 square feet in area.

• Maximum aggregate sign area for other permitted uses12 sqftsq ftSquare feet. An acre is 43,560 sq ft; a typical suburban lot is 7,000–10,000.

  The aggregate area of all signs directed toward or intended to be viewed from any street frontage shall not exceed 12 square feet for street frontages of less than 100 feet.
