The Board of Supervisors shall consider the following criteria upon application for a special use permit: existence of restrictive covenants, number of manufactured homes existing, consent of adjoining landowners, position of other landowners, and other criteria.
From the ordinance
Manufactured homes may be allowed in subdivisions within the County as defined and approved pursuant to Chapter 100, Subdivision of Land, of the Code of the County of Page, Virginia, or as previously platted and recorded as subdivisions prior to enactment of Chapter 100, and the Board of Supervisors shall consider the following criteria upon application for a special use permit: A. The existence of any restrictive covenants prohibiting the location of manufactured homes in the subdivision, and if any such covenant exists at the time of application for the special use permit, then such application shall be denied.
