Car washing facilities are subject to the following requirements: A. No structure shall be located closer than 50 feet to any lot line. B. An approach drive to accommodate a minimum of 10 cars shall be constructed for the purpose of avoiding an accumulation of cars backing upon a public thoroughfare.
