Lighting

  • Exterior lighting restriction

    Exterior lighting, other than that essential for the safety and convenience of the users of the premises, shall be prohibited. All exterior lighting shall be shielded from the view of all surrounding streets and lots.

From the ordinance

Outdoor commercial recreation area and facilities ... are permitted by special permit only if constructed and operated in conjunction with camps and campgrounds, country clubs or golf courses permitted by special permit subject to the following conditions: A. That no building or part thereof or any parking or loading area shall be located within 35 feet of any street or lot line. C. That such use shall occupy a lot with an area of not less than three acres.
