Parking

  • Fractional space rounding

    When required parking computations result in fractions, any fraction 1/2 or below may be disregarded, and any fraction in excess of 1/2 shall be construed to require a full space.

  • All-weather surface for commercial/industrial

    All required parking areas and all access drives for commercial or industrial uses shall have an all-weather surface.

From the ordinance

Any building or other structure used ... shall be provided with the minimum off-street parking spaces as set forth herewith. Dwellings: Two parking spaces for each dwelling unit; Churches, schools and theaters: One parking space for every five seats provided; Hotels and motels: One parking space for each rental unit; Bowling alleys: Five spaces for each lane; Hospitals: At least one space for every two beds.
