Signage

• Sign location relative to educational institution5 square miles

  Such sign must be located within five square miles of the public educational institution.

• Sign maintenance

  All signs and structural components shall be maintained in full repair and in an attractive condition.

  Nonconforming signs once removed shall be replaced only with conforming signs; may be repainted/repaired if not exceeding dimensions.

  Board of Supervisors may authorize increase in sign area/height, reduction in spacing, variance to wall-mounted location/roof signage by special use permit.
