Other
- Off-street truck loading
On the same premises with every building, structure or part thereof erected or occupied for uses involving the receipt or distribution of vehicles, materials or merchandise, there shall be provided and maintained on the lot adequate space for standing, turning, loading and unloading services in order to avoid interference with public use of streets and alleys.
Parking
- Fractional space rounding
When required parking computations result in fractions, any fraction 1/2 or below may be disregarded, and any fraction in excess of 1/2 shall be construed to require a full space.
- All-weather surface
All required parking areas and all access drives for commercial or industrial uses shall have an all-weather surface.
- Vehicle repair prohibition
No repair to or maintenance of vehicles of any kind shall be permitted in any accessory parking facility, with the exception of immediate emergency repairs.
