From the ordinance
No new nonagricultural or nonforestal uses and/or building, including dwellings, shall be permitted, except that the construction of a dwelling for members of the owner's immediate family or for persons who earn a substantial part of their livelihood from agricultural or forestal operations on the same property shall be permitted.
