• Permitted hours for special events

  Special events are permitted only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight.

• Maximum days for special events in six-month period10 days

  shall be issued for not more than two occasions and not more than ten days on a specific property in any six-month period.

• Maximum occasions for special events in six-month period2 occasions

  shall be issued for not more than two occasions and not more than ten days on a specific property in any six-month period.

• Threshold for special event permit100 persons

  A temporary zoning permit shall be required for special events that are planned for or which reasonably may be expected to attract more than 100 persons at any one time.
