In the limited commercial district, the setback from any VDOT secondary road shall be 35 feet from the right-of-way. The minimum side yard width shall be 20 feet. The minimum rear yard width shall be 35 feet. No more than two-thirds of any lot shall be covered with impervious surfaces.
