The owner of the tower or the property owner, as the case may be, shall remove the TAS and all associated facilities within ninety (90) days of receipt of the notice from the Zoning Administrator to do so.
From the ordinance
Any telecommunication antenna structure (TAS) or antenna not operated or used for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be considered abandoned.
