A lawful nonconforming TAS may be permitted for co-located antennas/facilities, but shall not be expanded, enlarged, or altered except in full conformance with this Article and with Article III (Nonconformities) of the Zoning Ordinance.

Any nonconforming TAS may be moved to another portion of the same property on which it is constructed upon approval of a Special Exception by the Board.

Any telecommunication antenna structure (TAS) constructed prior to May 8th, 2018 which otherwise does not comply with the provisions of this Article shall be deemed a lawful nonconformity.
