In the general industrial district, land may be used for the following uses and any customarily incidental accessory use: Accessory retail or office use, not exceeding twenty percent (20%) of the gross floor area of the principal use, Brewery, Building materials sales establishment, Contractor's shop, Data center, Distillery, Feed, grain, and fertilizer sales, Greenhouse, commercial, Laboratory, Lumberyard or sawmill, Machine shop, Machinery and heavy equipment sales, rental, and service, Manufacturing, processing, assembly, and/or packaging of goods within the following categories, Outdoor power equipment repair, Printing and publishing facility, Publicly-owned recreational uses, Self-storage facility, Signs, Temporary uses, Vehicular repair, storage, and service, Vocational training facility, Wholesale or distribution center.
