Every parking lot for fifteen (15) or more vehicles shall be subject to the provisions of this section. The interior of the parking lot shall include at least one-hundred (100) square feet of landscaped area, and one shade tree, per ten (10) parking spaces (or portion thereof). Each landscaped area shall have a minimum width of six (6) feet. There shall be a landscaped strip at least fifteen (15) feet wide separating the parking area from any adjoining road... At least one shade tree shall be planted for every fifty (50) feet of frontage (or portion thereof).
