From the ordinance
Parking spaces and drive aisles shall be designed in accordance with the following minimum dimensional requirements... For uninterrupted rows of parking spaces, the spaces shall be divided by landscape islands at least six (6) feet wide such that no more than ten (10) spaces are in an uninterrupted line.
