One off-street space shall be provided for each 20,000 square feet of floor area or fraction thereof for any commercial use, and for each 40,000 square feet for any industrial use. Such off-street loading space shall be a minimum of 10 feet in width, 14 1/2 feet in clearance height, and a depth of 20 feet... No loading/unloading space(s) shall be located in the front yard of any lot.
