- Abandonment period6 months
A CATS shall be considered abandoned or unused if it is not being utilized for the purpose of providing communications services for a period of six months.
- Removal required
At such time the CATS shall be removed, except where the CATS is used by the county or deemed necessary by the county for placement of its communications equipment.
- Right of access
The county shall be granted access to the CATS for the life of the facility for the purposes of inspection and, in the event a CATS is abandoned or unused, removal.
- Site restoration
The site of a removed CATS shall be restored to its original state, except that any installed landscaping shall remain in place.
