  • Corner lot minimum width125 ft

    Each corner lot shall have a minimum width at the setback line of 125 feet.

  • Lots served by public water and public sewage disposal systems shall have a minimum area of 15,000 square feet. Public sewage only: 17,500; public water only: 20,000; individual: 30,000.

  • In addition, ten percent of the developable area shall also be set aside as open space.

  • Perimeter buffer35 ft
