    Outdoor signs on the properties within the district shall comply with the regulations for exterior signs in article II, division 3 of this chapter.

Minimum lot size shall be 10,000 square feet. Structures shall be located 50 feet or more from any street right-of-way which is 50 feet or greater in width. Structures may be erected up to 60 feet in height.
